Seat Personal Accident Insurance

Personal Accident insurance provides pre-agreed benefits in the event of specified injury sustained by crew or passengers.

This coverage does not replace the need for Legal Liability insurance, but it does provide immediate compensation in the event of accidental injury or death, without the need for claims to be pursued through the courts, and is particularly useful where legal liability cannot be demonstrated or where passengers are family members, friends, business associates, etc.

Coverage can be arranged for crew, passengers or both and applies to the occupant of the specified seats, rather than on an individual named basis.

Coverage is available for accidental death, permanent disability, temporary disability and medical expenses.
